How soon will my order reach me?

We try to ship products within 48 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery.

Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.

How reliable are your delivery services?

We have partnered with the best services in the market like FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees for the delivery of our products to you. We primarily ship out through FedEx surface mode or air for your delivery.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order. All orders above Rs 2000 are eligible for free shipping.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

What do I do if I have a special request pertaining to my order?

We love special requests. Just drop us a note at care@thenestery.in and we will take care of it. We are a really small team to handle real-time chat requests.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not at the moment.

How long does it take for my international order to reach me?
